Car Servicing (Oil Change)
Preventive maintainance is so called vehicle inspection (car servicing) to be availed regularly after prescribed time & limited car run, changing fluids on time before they get dirty and diminished after prescribed age and mileage. Engine
Being the heart of the vehicle, engine is the power generation source with other supported functions. To keep engine healthy it is necessary to keep assistant functions healthy to support engine for perfect power generation like Fuel supply, Air supply, Cooling system etc. So not changing & only topping up the engine oil without oil filter replacement will result in accumulation of the sludge, resulting blocked oil passages, hamper functioning of the valve train, generally increase internal friction and disrupt the crankcase ventilation, etc. Oil leaks to ground are obvious signs of neglect. Radiator cooling package- If not maintained may lead to Radiators clog up/ Hoses- they will root, cause leaks, and eventually cause related parts to fail. Failure to replace it may lead to cooling system failure causing overheat long enough and you will need head gasket replacement or partial engine repairs.
Clutch
Mediator between the power generation and the power supply clutch is now a days hydraulic based to move one step ahead from the old clutches where in adjustments were required time on time. But to service and maintain this hydraulic system is again a challenge in changing scenario of the periodic maintenance which is being neglected to be checked and taken care while only oil change in absence of the complete periodic maintainance. Like every component in the car, the clutch also gets wear & tear over the time. The clutch’s lifespan is mainly reduced due to not regularly checking the fluid or if used non genuine clutch parts. The master cylinder is responsible for pumping the fluid to the hydraulic clutch while pressing the clutch pedal and a lot of clutch related problems could be due to a faulty clutch master cylinder. The master cylinder starts to leak over a period of time or gets damaged due to a dirty clutch fluid. This further creates more problem while shifting gears or when depressing the pedal thus only be supported by premature clutch overhaulling.
Brakes
Working as the first direct active safety unit the brake system is very much advanced in modern auto. ABS, EBD & Power brakes reknown are much advanced than the hydraullic brakes over mechanical brakes from the ancient automobiles. Brake system function is very much supported by engine & electronic motor and the same must be checked for proper functioning at the time of periodic maintenance. Depending on driving style and weather exposure the disc brake calipers pistons can seize unevenly, resulting in diminished pad pressure, poor braking and premature disc wear. Gear Box
Modern automobile gear box is very prescribed designed for lowest maintenance but to be taken care during the vehicle servicing for proper functional position with other dependable functional units like drive train and clutch, performing to enegage and disengage the power. Low fluid levels – The most common cause for slipping is low fluid levels. Low fluid levels can create a number of problems, such as overheating and not enough hydraulic pressure being produced to engage gears (Automatic transmission). Low Or Dirty Transmission Fluid Caused By Leaking, Contamination Or Age, this may cause wornout Gear Synchronizers and the cost of repair will go on higher side.
Suspension and Shock Absorber

The suspension and shock absorbers are such designed to absorb the shocks immediately and prevent transmission of shocks to passengers. Timing Belts

Timing belt or chain: Replaced at specified interval. At best, failure will just stop the engine, if it is of the "non interference" valve setup. If not, then a piston will collide with an open valve, requiring extensive engine work.
Steering
We start using the steering system immediately while we start our travel and ends few seconds before the engine off.
